The make get-source-code step doesn't yet produce a "parser-ready" gtk
directory.  gtkprogress.h has to be altered to undeprecate some GType
macros.  Also, the gtkhtml/src dir needs a small edit to work around the
parser's current limitations wrt symbolic enum values.

We should be able to apply a patch to deal with the first one.  The
second one would ideally be handled by fixing the parser.
