[Gtk-sharp-list] gtk-sharp on .NET

The intention is that "gtk-sharp" could work with .NET and MONO. At the
time, I don't know what are the dependencies between "gtk-sharp" and
"mono" packages. When I got time and a windows machine, I will test all
these packages in .NET and will try to ensure the main dependecies of
all assemblies.
