Yeah, I'm getting this too.  This person seems to no longer have an
e-mail address with that provider.  And their Mail System is (stupidly)
sending a message to the person who wrote the e-mail being sent the
address.  (And not checking to see that the message is from a mailing
list.)

The Gtk# list administrator needs to remove that e-mail address from
the list.
