Oops, you're right. Sorry about that.

Mono seems to support dll remapping through $(datadir)/mono/config, but
I am not sure there is a mechanism to allow additional remap config
files to be added.

I successfully built a usable DLL once on windows using cygwin tools.
I'll try to find it and see if I can replicate the process for the glue
lib.
