[Gtk-sharp-list] Toolbar signal problem...

I wish someone finds a solution soon. My super fancy application can't
live without a toolbar! :)

Please note that by commenting out the RedirectStandardOutput stuff, the
bug doesn't trigger.
Seems that System.Diagnostics needs lots of love.

    This looks to be a refcounting issue.. going to take a bit for this to
    get fixed, unless Mike has something up his sleeve :)
