[Gtk-sharp-list] final win32 patch

When I was playing with the win32 stuff, I ran into trouble with
Microsoft's System.Reflection not supporting the "type,assembly" string
style of argument. This affected both signal handler creation and
CreateObject.

Not 100% certain that's what's causing your particular problem, but it
sounds like it could be.
