The new plan is to integrate with the monodoc toolchain by working with
gtk-doc to output monodoc XML. This needs some help from the generator
because transformations such as auto-Properties are determined at
generate-time.

Also, this will most likely require me to start contributing to monodoc
to get it up to speed. :-)
