the line should be:
win.DeleteEvent += new DeleteEventHandler (Window_Delete)

I also installed all the three gtk for windows zip files in the mono
C:\mono-0.16\install\ or else other samples complain about missing pango.

it works fine except for the two warnings.

** (Main.exe:4052): WARNING **: Failed to load library libgobject-2.0.so.dll
(libgobject-2.0.so): Kan opgegeven module niet vinden.

** (Main.exe:4052): WARNING **: Failed to load library
libgtksharpglue.so.dll (libgtksharpglue.so): Kan opgegeven module niet vinden.

> Ok, I did this and it compiled. However, when I run it, I was getting

> It runs. However...
> It only compiles if I comment out the line assigning the event handler.
> Otherwise I get this error:
> GHelloWorld.cs(16) error CS0019: Operator + cannot be applied to

> Compilation failed: 1 error(s), 0 warnings
> It is referring to this line:
