[Gtk-sharp-list] Ugliest docs known to man

I've uploaded an updated generator and set of docs to
http://primates.ximian.com/~tvgm/gtk-sharp-docs/ . I added the
introspection step last night. The docs are also now cross-referenced.
If you find a dead link, most likely it's because the docs for that
aren't being generated right now -- ie it's an interface, etc. I'll see
what I can do about getting those in the Gtk# code generator, since
they'll be needed for NDoc too.
