[Gtk-sharp-list] Compile gtk# on Windows

Actually, Cygwin does include GNU make. The Cygwin Setup .exe does not
install the make nor other binutils by default. When installing cygwin, you
have to manually select these options.
Just use the cygwin setup that you ran earlier, except this time, make sure
you have selected make, binutils, autoconf, automake, etc for installation.

Well, finally someone explain all steps :)
In older post when I asked for the make command they told me that I had to
install cygwin... but I still need this make! Cygwin does *not* contain the
make command, or at least in the one I downloaded from www.cygwin.com.
