[Gtk-sharp-list] Have a GTK# Release since there's a Mono Release

I'll try to prepare a "0.6-pre" release tonight to make things easier
for everyone who wants a current version to go with mono. It won't be an
"official" release, but it could easily be made one assuming no major
problems and once Mike gives the go-ahead.
