[Glade-users] GtkWarning: No object called:

When I load my glade file with gtk.Builder.add_from_file() I'm getting 
this GTK error from GtkBuilder:

[Glade-users] GtkWarning: No object called:

The glade file was created in Glade 3.6.3 and I'm running GTK 2.16.1. 
It's a preferences dialog with a notebook, a few check boxes, and an 
empty GtkComboBox. Can anybody help me figure out what I'm looking for?
