Actually, its questionable the amount of translation we already put in
Glade.

The names/ids of widgets are not expected to be utf8 charachters, but
however it's quite possible that you can name your widgets in korean
hangul text and everything will still work.

It's still generally not usual to see extended utf8 chars in source code
(which will be calling gtk_builder_get_object (builder, "radiotoolbutton1") )

Furthermore, if the word 'GtkRadioButton' cannot be seen when
selecting the class in Glade, regardless of locale, *that's a problem*,
because GtkRadioButton is the name of the class in 'C' regardless
of what we call it in english or other languages, in 'C' it's called a
GtkRadioButton (and that's more important to know for the developer).
