You tone overall is easy to perceive as agressive and antagonistic.
Its not just Mr. Cumming that thinks so. It seems to me that Tristan
and Vincent have been very polite with you, and yet you dont seem to
offer the same back.

Please try to be polite and civil. I assure you that it will be much
more effective.
