Hmm... a lockdown environment must specify which keys it is going to
override. It depends on the application supporting that, I guess, so
there's no real problem in here.

I like gconf, but if it is a problem in windows, then I see a reason
to not use it only for this and, thus, use a rcfile.

If that's a consensus I can try to write a patch providing this feature
as this is something that has been bothered me for a while.
