[forms-devel] Why allow creating a Page?

Hello All,

I wonder why the Page class is not abstract or its constructor is not
protected.

I can't found definition of behavior and looks about Page.

https://developer.xamarin.com/api/type/Xamarin.Forms.Page/

According to this page

Just occupies the entire screen.
There is no description about contents.

so, Page class looks abstract class

but, It is not abstract and construct is public

Is it intended design? or mistake?


Please tell me intend of these design
