[forms-devel] Feature Discussion: tvOS Support

Let us start a discussion about tvOS support in Xamarin.Forms and how it
should be implemented.

tvOS is largely iOS with certain features removed and some new features
added. Navigation hints are far more important in tvOS and some features
will likely need to be added to forms to provide those hints when needed.
