Thank you for your reply.
Your opinion about event name is right.
The event name of CheckBox should be 'Checked'.

About the states of IsChecked, if CheckBox isn't checked, the value of
IsChecked  will be false.
Could you share the reason that the IsChecked property should support
nullable value?
