[forms-devel] Add RadioButton

There needs to be a way of specifying the group to which a radio button belongs as well.

Hi all,

I'm suggesting to add "RadioButton" on Xamarin.Forms which is already supported
not only on Xamarin.Android but also pretty much on all different other platforms.

The newly added RadioButton class may have the properties like
- Font
- FontAttributes
- FontFamily
- FontSize
- Text
- TextColor
and the event
- Checked

Adding RadioButton will be very useful for developers to build a richer UI application.
I will be delighted to add the new feature on Xamarin.
