[forms-devel] Add Color picker

We would need to know ideally the following:


1)      What native control this new control should use on each platform.

2)      If perhaps this control is best built as a compound control using a ControlTemplate

3)      What the API should look like

4)      Should the picker be inline or use a popup type mode?

I'd like to add a widget that allows the developer to select the color.

This widget is normally called 'ColorPicker'.



As most applications need user input,

selecting the color will be essential for many scenarios.

I suggest supporting the view which returns the value of the selected

color on the palette by the user.

This will enhance the usability.
