[forms-devel] Add Color.Orange

Hi,

I'd like to add Orange color to Xamarin.Forms.Color as below.

- Color.Orange : The color that is represented by the RGB value #FFA500.
(255, 165, 0)

Similar to other pre-defined color, orange is also useful and commonly used
in many applicatuons.
